- 500 g Chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Ginger minced
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ⅓ cup Olive oil extra virgin
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp All spice powder
- 2 tbsp Honey optional
Wash the chicken legs thoroughly and add slits.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, minced garlic and ginger, salt, paprika, all spice, pepper and olive oil. Whisk well.In a baking dish, place all the slit chicken legs. Lather them with the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.
Drizzle some honey to add some extra char! Bake for 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 190 degree celcius.
Scoop out with some mashed potatoes and grilled veggies or enjoy as is with some chilled drinks!
