Post-Diwali madness, the annual dose of allergy outburst and days of work and procrastination later. I finally decided to pen down an amazing experience with Singapore’s chain of bakeries. BreadTalk debuted in Delhi at Select City Walk and has to offer some of the best bread selections in the city.
Ranging from classic floss buns to muffins, fluffiest loaves of bread and cheesy selections. This bakery has it all. Located next to H&M on the first floor, BreadTalk brings to the city top-notch ingredients, sourced globally, the art of baking and all at an affordable price point.
What’s more? The bread making process is completely transparent. You can see all the action through a glass wall. And, oh, yes. Also smell the freshest bread being baked.
And a little something about the supremely famous Floss Bun. “Chicken Floss” layered atop a fluffy bun. It reminded me greatly of candy floss, but the floss texture was slightly dry.
All in all, an absolutely amazing experience with BreadTalk. Freshest bread loaves, muffins, and their salted caramel shake was a stunner!
