Delhi, all your meat cravings end here. As the name suggests, its all about meats and barbeque at HMan BBQ. A tiny space in Malviya Nagar, the food speaks volumes. A pretty neat decor, redbrick walls, a stunning set of knives as the main piece, post-its sprawled all around and cookbooks. I highly recommend you to make reservations since they only have 8 spots in the restaurant. HMan BBQ is mostly shut on Tuesdays. We happened to try everything from the menu, but look out for their seafood delicacies coming up as winter approaches and of course, the daily specials.
We started by ordering a Tenderloin Steak – a beautiful piece, cooked to perfection with the most alluring grill lines. Chose the steak medium rare and garlic mash and beans as the sides. Cooked beautifully and is one of the best the city has to offer. The garlic beans deserve a special mention, green beans tossed with fried, crispy garlic and chilli. And, it gets more interesting.
Next up, Pork sausage links, grilled with BBQ sauce and have a wonderful char, with fresh greens and coleslaw. The BBQ bacon burger, a chunky bacon patty, cheese slice, mayonnaise and a no BS bun. The burger at HMan is juicy, delectable and satiates you to the core.

The show stopper of the meal was the Philly Cheese Steak – it was a special of the day and it now has a permanent spot on the menu. Tenderloin pieces on a buttered long bun, mayonnaise and topped with the most heavenly liquid cheese.
We ended the fabulously meaty meal with a no-bake boozy tiramisu. If you are a meat lover, you cannot miss this gem. Don’t forget to reserve a spot and absolutely binge eat on the Philly Cheese Steak. In the hood, do check out EVOO for your Italian cravings.
