Crazy Tawaz pride themselves in moving past Tandoors and Kadhais and serving delicacies cooked on a Tawa. They are serving some delectable, masaledar whip ups and interesting fusions on the Tawa and also a few classics.
Starting with Paneer ki kaleji and Peri Peri Soya Chaap. An ardent meat lover, keema kaleji was often served for Sunday dinner and it went to the level of vegetarian adaptations – besan ki kaleji made out of gram flour. This too is a vegetarian version of the Kaleji and safe to say, it’s crazier and closer to the real deal. Paneer pieces cut triangularly and cooked with lots of spices and onions.
The Peri Peri soya chaap again was a brilliant fusion dish. Looking much like Peri Peri chicken breasts, the chaap was pounded to be flatter and coated well with spices.
Mutton boti Tawa ke Buns – the Desi burger slider comes in three kinds of mini buns – red, green and classic white. The fresh buns hold together succulent pieces of mutton boti kebab and caramelized onions. Team with a desi mint chutney and onions and you are golden.
Lastly for mains tried their Tawa Mutton Champ with tandoori Roti. Thick and juicy mutton pieces cooked with a thick masala and a distinct crunchy garlic flavor. Delish.
