Biryani by Kilo leaves you flabbergasted each time you try their impeccable biryani and kebab delicacies. After a stupefying run at DLF Phase 1, they have opened a brand new outlet at Gurgaon, Sec 45 and it is just as bewitching.
After devouring their Lucknowi biryani last time, tried their Hyderabadi mutton biryani which comes with salan, kakori kebab and ulte tawe ka parantha.
Kakori kebab – rich minced meat, ground with aromatic spices and roasted on an open grill. Served on a banana leaf with mint leaf, onions, chillies and lemon wedges, devour this royal preparation with a well made ulte tawe ka parantha for best results.
Hyderabadi mutton biryani or Kutchi Gosht ki biryani – raw pieces of mutton, marinated in a mixture of ground spices and cooked together on dum with long grain basmati in an earthen pot. The mitti adds delectable nostalgic flavors to the biryani. Served with salan which wasn’t as hot as it usually is (a plus point for me)
Coming to the BBK touch – add the last dum for about 8-10 minutes in the special Aanch box.
So get going and order their beautiful biryanis. As for me, I can’t wait to get my hands on their Kolkata biryani and curries.
