Bamboo Boat – soups, fusion burgers and more

Bamboo Boat – an Asian delivery joint with intriguing noodle bowls, dumplings and what sets it apart from any other joint in the league – the Vietnamese sandwiches and burgers. Sampled their meals from soups to meal bowls and it was a titillating experience.

Starting with chicken schezwan dimsums – served with chilly sauce and a flavorsome garlic dip – the dumplings were beautifully crafted, stuffed with fresh chicken infused with chillies and steamed to perfection.

Chicken manchow soup – a fresh chicken stock broth, with bits of chicken, vegetables and egg, top it with fried noodles and you have a wholesome healthy meal to yourself. Kung pao chicken with steamed rice – stir fried chicken bits, spring onions in a sweet and spicy sauce. Traditionally infused with Sichuan chillies, this bowl packed a bunch of zests and the rice makes for its perfect soulmate.

Chicken khao suey burger – it is these wondrous fusions that want you to keep exploring more and more. Chicken patty coated with khao suey curry, fried noodles, red cabbage and lettuce. The bun was a tad dry but dunk it in the array of sauces and it is without doubt a stunning preparation.

Their preparations are fresh and very tantalizing and you absolutely cannot miss on their burgers, sandwiches and dumplings.
